These Terms apply to all products offered by FlynnExtensions, including Stapler and ScreenTime.
FlynnExtensions offers Google Chrome browser extensions as digital products. Upon purchasing a paid license or installing a free tier, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to install and use the extension on your own devices.
Our extensions are built for personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or transfer your license to any third party.
Some extensions offer a free tier with limited features and a paid Pro tier that unlocks full functionality. Features available on each tier are described on the product listing and within the extension itself.
Paid licenses are offered as one-time purchases — there are no recurring subscriptions. Once you purchase a license, you own it permanently and are entitled to all future updates for that product.
Payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy. FlynnExtensions does not store your payment information. All transactions are subject to Lemon Squeezy's terms and conditions.
Prices may change at any time. Any price changes will not affect licenses already purchased.

All FlynnExtensions products, including their source code, design, branding, and documentation, are the intellectual property of FlynnExtensions. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
You may not copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on our extensions without explicit written permission.

Our extensions are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that our extensions will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all browser configurations. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any product at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlynnExtensions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products, including but not limited to loss of data or productivity.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable product.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our products after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
