Our Policy

All paid products sold through FlynnExtensions are digital goods delivered instantly. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason within 30 days of the transaction date, you are entitled to a full refund.

After 30 days from the date of purchase, refunds are issued at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with the following information:

• The email address used at checkout
• Your order number (found in your Lemon Squeezy receipt email)
• The product you purchased
• Optionally: a brief description of the issue (this helps us improve)

We will process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

• The 30-day refund window has passed and the purchase does not qualify for a discretionary refund
• The license key has been shared, resold, or used in violation of our Terms of Service
• Fraudulent purchase attempts or chargebacks already filed with your card provider

Free Tier

Our free tier products require no payment and are therefore not subject to this refund policy. Free features are provided as-is.
